Martin rijdt een Suzuki V-Strom DL 1000 uit 2005. Voor deze reis is de motor uitgerust met de volgende extra’s: Suzuki Valbeugel; skid plate, chain guard en handlebar raisers van SW Motech; een LED achterlicht; kettingsmeersysteem van Scottoiler ; nieuwe set veren van Hyperpro. Hij had al een Krauser kofferset (2x K4 and 1x K5) en een tanktas van SW Motech. Van Krauser heeft hij voor de reis twee alu boxen aangeschaft. Die zijn praktischer op deze reis dan de kunstof zijladers.

Martin rides a Suzuki V-Strom DL 1000 from 2005. For this trip the following accessories where added: Suzuki Crashbars; skid plate, chain guard and handlebar raisers by SW Motech; a LED tail light; an automatic chain lubrication system from Scottoiler ; new set progressive springs from Hyperpro. He already had a pair of luggage cases (2x K4 and 1x K5) from Krauser and a tank bag from SW Motech. For this trip he bought the aluminium luggage cases. Those are more practical than the side loaders.
